First AM run!      Last night I was feeling a little disappointed in myself.  I hadn’t ran in a week, due to numerous excuses (i.e. its raining, its too hot, it’s dark outside….)  blah blah…  So, I set my alarm for 6am and decided I would try running in the morning, for a change.  5:45am rolls around, and miraculously I wake up before my alarm goes off.  So, I have a small bowl of cereal, lace up my shoes and head to the local cemetery (actually, I first googled “okay to run in cemetery”, to see if this was considered rude).  Apparently there are several races around the country that are in cemeteries (even one on Halloween called “Run like hell”).   Anyway, despite a little pain in my left calf, it was a good run.  3+ miles, approx. 32 minutes.
+ I made it to work 30 minutes early this morning….  (this is amazing to me since I’m usually 5-10 minutes late)

Last nights run = legendary!

Got my running shoes on last night and decided to push my limits… I ran 4 miles, in 38 minutes! By far my longest run… Down side, about 20 minutes later I was limping due to pain below my calf muscle… Anyone have experience with that?
